Begin with 2 pounds of flank steak, 2 teaspoons of salt, a little pepper, 1 tablespoon of chili powder, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder and onion powder, 1/2 teaspoon of cumin, 1 teaspoon of paprika, 1 1/2 tablespoon of olive oil, 1 tablespoon of lime juice, 1/2 tablespoon of soy sauce, 1 green bell pepper, 1 onion, tortillas with shredded cheese, sour cream and pico de gallo. Heat the oven to 400 degrees, mix the spices together, then add half of it to a plastic bag along with the olive oil, lime, soy, and meat. Marinate it at room temperature while slicing the peppers and onions. Add veggies to a sheet pan, lined with foil, drizzle with the remaining oil, sprinkle with spice mixture, and move to edges while you add the steak to the center. Cool at 450 for 12-15 minutes. Check for temperature. Serve with tortillas, cheese, sour cream, and pico.
